I can't say enough positive about Elite screens. they shipped the product fast. It was easy to set up, even for an amateur like me! I sent an email with a question I expect an email response within a couple of days. Instead I received a call within 10 minutes! Congratulations to Elite screens for their great customer service. the product is top notch. I was replacing a screen that was a couple of years old with this. Wow, what can make a difference a quality screen.
